Vaccine preferences in New Zealand – a choice survey

You are invited to take part in a study which aims to investigate your preferences for vaccines.

We want to find out from you, using a brief survey, what your preferences are for different vaccines, and what you think should be considered when designing vaccines.
We will do this by conducting an online survey of a range of people in New Zealand (NZ) to evaluate their preferences.

What's involved?

If you choose to participate, you will be asked to complete an online survey that should take approximately 10-15 minutes to complete, depending on what choices you make.

In the survey, you will be presented with choice tasks where you will choose your preference between different vaccine attributes (characteristics).

You'll be asked three questions at the start to see what you think of 3 different types of vaccine characteristics. Note some of the choices may seem repetitive, however this is deliberate so we can find out how your preferences rank relative to each other.

Eligibility criteria

To participate in this survey you must be:

  • Participants aged 18 years and over
  • New Zealand residents
