The University provides a range of personal, business and professional courses to develop the skills and knowledge of people in the workforce and community.

Centre for Continuing Education
The Centre for Continuing Education delivers community education courses and professional development to more than 10,000 people every year. The focus is on lifelong learning, promoting thinking, disseminating research and advancing knowledge.

Short Courses
Short Courses deliver practical, effective, two-day short courses tailor-made for business and professional practitioners. These courses may be held at the University or in-house at individual workplaces. Nearly 300 courses are run each year in Accounting and Finance, Business Skills, Management, Leadership, Operations and Systems Management, and Sales and Marketing.

Graduate School of Enterprise
The Graduate School of Enterprise provides a portfolio of graduate programmes including The Auckland MBA, Master of Management and Postgraduate Diploma in Business. The programmes are designed for busy executives who wish to deepen their understanding of business practices and processes and advance their careers in business and management.

Centre for Academic Development
The Centre for Academic Development (CAD) provides professional development training to staff and students of the University. CAD delivers a variety of workshops in two main categories - IT Literacy and Academic Practice.
