Adding money to your copy and print balances

About adding money

You can add money to your copy and print balances at any of the IC Helpdesks or by using one of the self-service ePOS stations located on campus.

  • Remember to bring your Student ID card.
  • Any unused portion of your money in your copy and print balances is carried forward from one year to the next.
  • You can get a refund from any of the IC Helpdesks.

The IC Helpdesks only accept payments via EFTPOS or credit card.

Note: You must carry your University of Auckland student ID card at all times while on campus. Your ID card will be needed for purposes such as adding money into your copy and print balance and borrowing books/laptops from the Library/Information Commons.
