Testimonials

Spoken
“Thank you for opening my eyes to a whole bunch of different ways of looking at it – instead of looking at stress as the enemy, I could now say it’s more like a hurdle or an obstacle that I just have to go through instead of hide in the darkness with."

“It was nice to have it laid out that way where every week you’re doing a different topic and doing it in a group format. I’ve never done a group thing before and that was quite an eye-opener, doing it like that. It went very quick – it would have been nice to have it longer in a way.”

Written
“It was so good to know I wasn’t the only one who had these ideas and worries.”

“It helped me to put perspective on my University life… and helped me to recognise when it was necessary to take time out from studies to nurture myself, without feeling guilty.”
