Undergraduate and postgraduate students can purchase additional data if the monthly allowance of 10GB is used up before the end of the month.

About the additional data

• 1GB for $2 (including GST).
• Can be used within the year it was purchased.
• Non-refundable.
• Can be purchased from the Internet purchase site; your copy balance will be debited for this purchase.

When you connect a laptop to the University's wireless network, you can use the default connection speed of 1 Mb/s, or you can change the settings to use the high speed access and data allowance that is included in your internet plan.
