MANU-Ao Academy
Manu-Ao is a Māori academic networking initiative, supported by Te Kahui Amokura (a Māori Standing Committee of the New Zealand Vice-Chancellors’ Committee), TEC, and in association with all eight New Zealand universities.
He aha te mea nui o te ao?
He tangata! He tangata! He tangata!
What is the most important thing in the world?
It is people! It is people! It is people!
The MANU-Ao Academy programme provided an opportunity for Māori academic development and support for Māori staff, especially with regard to developing reflective teaching practice at The University of Auckland. The programme ceased in 2012, however all presentations are available by visiting the national programme online at http://www.manu-ao.ac.nz
