HealtheX is New Zealand's first student-organised conference designed to promote research activity and presentation among both undergraduate and postgraduate students associated with the wider Faculty of Medical and Health Sciences.
Objectives:
• To build a network among students conducting research in the fields of medicine, health and healthcare.
• To recognise, promote and disseminate original research conducted by both undergraduate and postgraduate students within the Faculty of Medical and Health Sciences to an audience of fellow students, staff and the wider industry within which health research has relevance.
• To encourage students without prior research experience to consider and undertake some greater involvement in the health research field.
• To provide a platform for postgraduate student entry to the subsequent University of Auckland Exposure competition.
