The Personalization of Music: Contemporary and Performance
Alex Taylor, a recent graduate of the School of Music will present his thoughts on the development of his personal compositional voice. Olivier Holland, Lecturer and doctoral researcher, will discuss educational initiatives for jazz bassists, including his preference for stylistically independent technical training.
