Nga Tauira Māori is organising a Māori Day to celebrate Māori culture, talent and kai during Māori Language Week. This event is free for all to attend. It is in the Quad at The University of Auckland and also in shadows for the night performances.
Artists such as Pieter T, Maisey Rika, Te Ahorangi and Young Sid will be performing and there is also a celebrity debate featuring Metiria Turei, Hone Harawira, Willie Jackson and John Tamihere.
