  • Careers New Zealand:
    Contains comprehensive careers information featuring profiles of people in a variety of training or workplaces. Has a section for Māori. Parts of this site are available in English and te reo Māori.
  • Māori Labour Market Information:
    From the Department of Labour, this site contains key information about Māori people, skills and past and current employment trends and opportunities.
Employment information
  • Mahi.co.nz:
    Provides Māori-focused employment opportunities.
  • Māori Pacific jobs
    Opportunities of interest to Māori and Pacific. 
  • TeachNZ:
    Provides information about how Māori can become teachers. Have a look under "personal stories" for more information.
  • Te Puni Kōkiri:
    Offers services and information to assist in the development of Māori businesses.
  • Poutama Māori Business Trust:
    Helps Māori develop, consolidate and improve their businesses.
  • The Ministry of Tourism:
    Has information on funding for Māori tourism business operators from pre-start up to globalised business.
