You can use the Information Commons to:

• Retrieve information from the library databases, e-journals and e-books.
• Access course work through CECIL, the University’s e-learning system.
• Send email and browse the internet.
• Use MS Office and other specialist programmes.

Student IT Help desks provide walk-in, roaming, email and telephone support for all aspects of student computing resources and services.
