Auckland University Students’ Association (AUSA)

The Auckland University Students’ Association (AUSA) is the chief agency representing students and providing advocacy on behalf of students, as well as offering an extensive range of services to the student community.

AUSA is New Zealand’s only voluntary students’ association, which means you choose whether or not to join in order to access its many benefits. It is completely free to join.

AUSA provides a regular diary of events, and has over 120 affiliated clubs, a welfare service, advocacy systems, publications and much more.

AUSA is a founding member of the New Zealand Union of Students’ Association (NZUSA) representing your concerns at a national level. It is also affiliated to University Sport New Zealand (USNZ), the premier sporting body for New Zealand tertiary students.
