If you experience a dispute at the University, you may find it helpful initially to discuss it with one of the following support services:
- Auckland University Pacific Island Students' Association (AUPISA)
- AUSA Advocacy
- Class representative
- Faculty student association
Ngā Tauira Māori (NTM – Māori Students Association)
- Postgraduate Students Association (PGSA)
- Residential Assistant
- Staff member
- Tuākana or other mentor

If discussions with these support services do not resolve the issue, the following procedure will apply:
