How does The University of Auckland define an international student?

You are an international student if you are not:

• a New Zealand citizen or
• a permanent resident of New Zealand or
• an Australian citizen or
• a permanent resident of Australia or
• a New Zealand citizen from the Cook Islands, Tokelau or Niue.
