Cafés, bars and shopping

You'll find plenty of variety when it comes to food, with around 15 cafés on campus. The main City Campus cafeteria offers discount meals, and ethnic food outlets cater for a range of tastes. Student bars on campus give you the chance to unwind and catch up with friends.

Strata, the postgraduate student commons situated in the Kate Edger Information Commons, contains a café with a balcony and a quiet study area for postgraduate students.

A range of on-campus shops look after your essential requirements. There are book and computer stores, post and travel agencies, a pharmacy, a hairdresser and a mini-mart. The weekly on-campus market is famous for its bargains.
