Satisfactory academic progress
In accordance with section (US Federal Law 34 CFR 668.34) The University of Auckland is required to ensure all US Direct Loans recipients meet the minimum Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) for their academic programme.
The requirements for Satisfactory Academic Progress for US Direct Loans recipients may differ from the minimum requirements set out by The University of Auckland academic standing regulations. This policy only applies to those who are borrowing US Direct Loans and will only be used to determine eligibility to borrow US federal loans.
All US Direct Loans recipients are required to read the Satisfactory Academic Progress policy before accepting any US Direct Loans .
