The Equity Office supports staff with family responsibilities. Assisting staff to care for their children is part of our strategy to attract and retain high-calibre staff.
If you're a staff member at the University with parenting responsibilities, this toolkit will come in handy. It is also relevant for colleagues of those taking leave and managers. You’ll find helpful information about pregnancy, preparation for parental leave, applying for parental leave, the parental leave period and returning to work.
