Carparking

Is Carparking available near the venue?

Yes, Paid Carparking is available.

Catering

Is Lunch provided?

Yes, a light lunch will be provided, and tea, coffee, and water will be available throughout the workshop.

Dietary Requirements

I have special dietary requirements how do i let you know about these?

We will be asking for any special dietary requirements prior to the event.

Timing

What time do i need to arrive for the event?

People will be on-site and ready to greet you from 09:30AM on the day of the workshop.  For specific timings, pease refer to the 2018 Identity Management Workshop Agenda 

Selectivity

Can i attend only certain sessions that interest me?

Yes, though it's not recommended — the one-day workshop is interactive, and intended to provide members of the Universities New Zealand identity-management community-of-practice with an immersive, connected experience to share, contribute, discuss, learn, and collaborate.  This workshop is not like a conference.

Wireless Internet

Will wireless internet be available?

Yes, for all Universities New Zealand attendees, the excellent REANNZ eduROAM service is available.  For attendees from non-university organisations, University of Auckland staff will sponsor guest-based wifi access for you individually upon request.
