- 25 plus years Telecommunications industry experience both fixed and mobile – spanning both Networks and IT.
- Extensive people leadership experience including managing large organisational changes relating to both outsourcing and insourcing.
- Extensive experience in establishing and leading global delivery teams of IT professionals team sizes ranging from 30 – 600+.
- 15+ years experience in managing key customer relationships both Internal and External.
- Delivery Executive responsibility experience in managing key accounts and responsible for all aspects of financial and contractual management.
- Service Delivery experience in managing vast programmes of work spanning Telecommunications, Insurance, Government and Banking.
- Extensive experience in managing diverse teams to deliver solutions across a multitude of technologies.
- 15+ years experience in managing Operational teams focusing on ensuring 24 x 7 on business critical functions and providing a stable platform.
- Extensive experience in Operational and Delivery methodologies and the creation of strategies to leverage productivity and performance improvements.
