  • Joined Vodafone NZ in October 2011 as Head of Development – responsible for the delivery of Vodafone NZ applications. Transforming the team from a largely outsourced model to in-house. October 2014 - Promoted to Head of Application Design, Delivery and Operate.

  • Accountable for the delivery and operations for all IT and Network applications/systems. Current operating budget of $30M (Opex) and $90M (Capex) 

Head of Development IT 

  • Accountable for delivery of quality solutions that are fit for purpose, whilst also focusing on speed to market, cost, schedule and service excellence. Responsible in ensuring we have both an external and internal team of resources who have the right skills, tools and methodologies to deliver. Operating within the budget control of $35M - $45M.Capex and $1M - $5M of Opex.

  • Provide overall ownership of the delivery of existing and new systems within TOWER. Developed tactical plans for the continued delivery of TOWER’s legacy environment whilst creating a strategy for future IT delivery with the Enterprise Architecture team. Had overall responsibility for 120 people managing a budget of $14 million opex and $10million capex. Accountable for service delivery of all projects to time, cost and quality. Ownership of the relationship management of key stakeholders within the business to ensure both groups work in synergy with each other.
