The kitchen is now open!

This series will introduce you to culinary delights and hands on experiences just steps away from the City Campus! Suitable for the beginner through to the more advanced, you’ll brush up on your cooking skills, meet like-minded foodies, and eat delicious food you’ve made for yourself!

Ensure you register for your preferred session(s) so you don’t miss out. Last year, all sessions sold out so you’ll have to be quick!

Leave cheese on toast and mung beans in the '70s and smirk at the face of carnivore self-righteousness!

A hippy free-zone (no offence hippies) this is a fully hands-on class in which we play with three dishes - all nutritionally balanced, all easy to shop for, all heaps of fun to make, with not a tofu burger in sight! This class rocks, do it even if you are a carnivore!

Taste of Malaysia

What do you get when you combine Malay, Chinese and Indian influences on a plate? An addiction to Malaysian food!  The amalgamations of the different cultures are brought together by spices and the people that are amazingly passionate about their country’s cuisine.

Join us in creating a delicious favourite Malaysian curry laksa and finish off the evening with a sweet Sago mango puree dessert.

Mediterranean Cheese Making

Mediterranean Cheese Making

This is a specialist workshop for those wanting to learn to make their own Italian cheeses. You will prepare three cheese products and then prepare and eat a meal using the cheeses.

Also included is a two course lunch made with the products you will make on the day - you can help cook this as well! There will be cheese to take away, so please bring a couple of containers to carry it away.
