Anne Liddle

I have 15 years of experience working in the not-for-profit sector in the area of philanthropy, specifically in bequests and major gifts.  My current position is Development Manager for the Faculty of Arts, at the University of Auckland.

Returning to my homeland to take this position is very exciting as I believe strongly in the value of a liberal arts education. It is inspiring to work with philanthropic individuals who create a positive impact which has wide-reaching benefits to students, the Faculty, the University and ultimately the wider community.

Previously I have held Major Gifts and Bequest management positions at The University of Western Australia (UWA) and the National Heart Foundation (WA Division) Inc. Prior to this I raised funds for the peak Australian creative organisation, FORM.

I completed the Leadership Development for Women Program at UWA, sat on the panel of the Educate Plus Network for Advancement Professionals bequest workshop and was a facilitator at the Fundraising Institute of Australia’s New Frontiers Conference.

One of my interests is supporting disadvantaged girls to further their education through the Prosperous Future School programme.
