Student Hubs, Student Experience Centre
- Students can be encouraged to speak to a Hub Advisor in person in the General Library and at other campuses. They can either make an appointment via the online booking form or drop in during open hours.
- Students can also be encouraged to call, email, or use the online chat or enquiry form on the Student Hubs website to ask a question or submit a service request.

- Please forward any student enquiries that need more complex advice, are particularly urgent or time dependent, or where the student has not received a response to their enquiry to Student Hubs or SEC in an appropriate time frame: be-ast@auckland.ac.nz. Please do not cc the student as this email address is for staff communication only. We will contact the student via Oracle Service Cloud (OSC).
- Complex student enquiries relating to PG Research can be forwarded to the Sub-Doctoral Research Coordinator: be-pgr@auckland.ac.nz.
Pastoral care and sensitive student enquiries
- Students who are experiencing personal difficulties can be encouraged to contact Campus Care.
- For UG, PGR and PhD, contact Student Development and Engagement. If you need to forward a student enquiry that is sensitive in nature, or related to a complaint or concern, please contact the Student Support and Engagement Manager: christina.partridge@auckland.ac.nz.

Requests for data, information and analysis
- For all programmes, Microstrategy/Strategic Management Reports (SMR) is the first place to explore if you require data, student lists, programme and student related information and/or insights and analysis. If SMR does not provide what you need a request can be made to BE-AST: be-ast@auckland.ac.nz. We will either provide this information or request assistance from the Information Services team of analysts.
