Academic Staff and GTA Induction
Graduate Teaching Assistant and Teaching Assistant Training Programme
The GTA/TA Training Programme runs each semester and is designed to support those who are new to teaching in the Business School. Through a series of workshops, GTAs and TAs are equipped with the knowledge and basic tools needed to teach effectively. Each attendee in the programme is paired with a mentor who will peer observe a teaching session and provide valuable feedback. Attendees are required to submit a teaching reflection at the end of the semester, after which they are awarded the Business School GTA Programme Certificate.
Academic staff induction programme
ILT, alongside HR, hosts a regular academic staff induction programme which aims to facilitate relationships between new and existing staff and key teams across the School.
