Chelsea Terei - BA/LLB
Chelsea is a Barrister at Te Mata Law, working predominantly in Treaty of Waitangi Claims, appearing in front of the Waitangi Tribunal and Maori Land Court.

Chelsea’s favourite law courses were Family Law, Employment Law and Dispute Resolution because they involve dealing with issues that everyday people encounter in their lives.
During her time at The University of Auckland she played NZ representative basketball.
Chelsea also mentored Year 13 high school students and assisted them with homework, university entrance and life skills.
Highlights included receiving a Sociology summer research scholarship and presenting a research paper on Maori Youth Offenders at a law conference in Vanuatu at the University of the South Pacific.
Chelsea enjoyed being taught by some of the best academic minds in New Zealand and sharing ideas with like-minded students.
