  2. Incorporation by Reference: The OECD as a Lawmaker for Aotearoa New Zealand with Professor Michael Littlewood
  3. Groundless Threats and Unjustified Proceedings Under Intellectual Property Law with Associate Professor Rob Batty
  4. Empirical social research and review of case law on commercial joint venture with Professor Peter Devonshire
  5. The Supreme Court at 20: Land Law with Katherine Sanders
