15 or 30 points taught, 1 course, 1 semester max.
Postgraduate Certificate in Law (PGCertLaw)
60 points taught, 2–4 courses, 1–2 semesters
Graduate Certificate in Law (GradCertLaw)
60 points taught, 2–4 courses, 1 semester min.
Graduate Diploma in Law (GradDipLaw)
120 points taught, 4–8 courses, 2 semesters min.
Master of Laws (LLM) by coursework
120 points taught, 4–8 courses, 2 semesters min.
Master of Laws (LLM) by research
120 points research, 120-point major thesis, 2 semesters min.
Master of Laws (LLM) by coursework and research
30 points taught and 90 points research, 1–2 courses and 1x 90-point minor thesis, 2 semesters min.
Master of Taxation Studies (MTaxS) by coursework
135 points taught and 1x 45-point dissertation, 5–7 courses, 3 semesters min.
Master of Taxation Studies (MTaxS) by coursework and research
90 points taught and 90 points research, 3–6 courses and 1x 90-point minor thesis, 3 semesters min.
