Carlaw Park Student Village

This award-winning building is adjacent to the Auckland Domain (the city's oldest park and home to the War Memorial Museum) and only a short walk from the Owen G. Glenn Building.
Carlaw Park is an ideal option for those tour, school, sports and special interest groups looking for a self-catered alternative.
Accommodation is available in single rooms in three and four bedroom apartments spread throughout seven buildings which range from four to seven levels.

2 December 2016 - 2 February 2017.
Rooms
- Fully-furnished single rooms which are part of a three or four bedroom apartment.
- Each apartment has a bathroom with a dual vanity and shower and separate lockable toilet.
- You're provided with a mattress protector, two sheets, pillow, pillow case and a continental blanket at no additional cost.
Note: You’ll need to supply your own towels.
Catering
- Each apartment has a galley-style kitchen equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven and kettle.
- A basic kitchen pack is provided with all kitchen utensils and crockery.
- A large communal kitchen is also available for group events.
Facilities
- Each apartment has a furnished lounge, and you can enjoy the use of the large communal lounge, games room and and barbecue area.
- A large laundry equipped with washers, dryers and ironing facilities is on site.
Meeting/function room hire
Room hire is available for functions, meetings and seminars in the communal lounge/kitchen area or large study. There may be an additional charge for any set-up required.
Parking
Very limited parking is available in the basement car park at an additional cost. Wilson's car park is located nearby.

- $125 will be charged per lost key and swipe tag.

Whitaker Hall

Nestled among mature trees and gardens and within easy walking distance of the University City Campus, main arterial bus routes, and 10 minutes from the heart of Auckland City - Queen Street, Whitaker Hall is ideal for summer groups.
Availability
18 November 2016 to 21 February 2017.
Rooms
- Fully-furnished single room complete with bed, study desk, chair and an ample-sized wardrobe.
- Unisex bathrooms are available throughout Whitaker Hall, each with lockable toilets and showers and dual basin/vanity.
- We provide you with a blanket, pillow and bed linen at no additional cost.
Note: You’ll need to bring your own towels.
Catering
- Room rates for groups residing at Whitaker Hall include bed and continental breakfast.
- Other meal plans are available subject to demand or by special arrangement.
- Catering for functions and meetings is available on site.
Facilities
- Located in the administration block of Whitaker Hall, guests can take advantage of the reading library, computer lab, study room, music room and large games room which offers a pool table, table tennis, foosball and SKY TV lounge.
- The spacious dining room is located on the second floor with large windows that overlook the astroturf volleyball court.

University Hall

University Hall is an ideal, reasonably priced accommodation option for tour groups, school trips, sports clubs, and special interest groups.
It’s centrally located off Symonds Street, with easy access to public transport and within walking distance to the university campus, Queen Street, cafes, Vector Arena, the ASB Tennis Centre and Auckland Domain.

18 November, 2016 to 21 February, 2017.
Rooms
- Each room contains a king-sized single bed, desk/chair/internet access, wardrobe with shelving.
- Four unisex bathrooms on each level offer lockable showers and toilets.
- The hall also has 13 double rooms with queen bed and private ensuite.
- Each floor provides an enclosed break-out area; and a common lounge, complete with small kitchenette (including fridge, microwave and electric kettle).
Catering
- Room rates for groups residing at University Hall include bed and continental breakfast.
- Other meal plans are available subject to demand or by special arrangement.
- Catering for functions and meetings is available on site.
Facilities
- The dining hall flows out to a deck with picnic tables set among the bush. SKY Television is available on the big screen.
- On level one, the SKY Lounge has spacious decks; with an adjacent games room.
- The Wi-Fi study area, also located on level one, has printing facilities available.
- A large laundry is located on the basement level.
- Across the road there is a garden barbecue and recreation area.
- Vending machines are available.
