Summer Series

Free fitness sessions running on the Tuesday and Friday of Faculty Orientation week!

Join us for an outdoor fitness session and introduce yourself to our group fitness classes to kick start your year.

There will be two free, half hour classes open for all Rec Centre members and non-members to join with no commitment required. Just turn up with your friends as well as a water bottle and sweat towel. 

Location: Outside the Recreation Centre (Quad level), by table tennis area.

Instructor: Matt

Session: Total Body Fitness Workout - This class is a fun and energetic conditioning class with cardio peaks to get fitter faster and stronger. Build lean muscle, increase mobility and feel the burn with a variety of movements for a whole body workout. Suitable for all participants.
