She is extremely passionate about what she does and believes in helping people achieve their goals by educating, inspiring and helping motivate them to not only reach their health & wellbeing goals but how to also maintain this.
Her journey of learning about wellbeing began while working as a personal trainer many years ago, where she found the most value to clients came from the talks & discussions she had with them around what was happening in their lives and the effect this had on their fitness & health.
Emma believes that it is not only the physical workouts that contribute to achieveing ones fitness and wellbeing goals, it also comes from advice and education around scheduling, eating healthy, routines, stress management and much more. These factors make up the physical, social and mental aspects of wellbeing which brings us here today!
