Stress Less Week
The University and AUSA are hosting Stress Less Week from Mon 20 - Fri 24 May.
Stress Less Week is the perfect time to connect with friends, get a little active or drop everything for five minutes and switch off! There is plenty going on across the campuses, including study workshops and free snacks!
Free yoga classes
Head to Workshop 101 in Kate Edger Information Commons for a free yoga session!
Monday 9.30-10.15am with Lauren
Wednesday 10-10.45am with Emmy
Space is limited, so be there early. Mats provided.
Head up to the common space and share your de-stressing tips and tricks with other students.
Keep an eye out for the snack stations situated across the University. There will be tables of healthy food in OGGB, the Science Foyer and the Student Quad.
If you fancy relaxing over some really large connect four, head to the quad and challenge a friend.
AUSA exam workshops
There will be three workshops taking place over Stress Less week, designed to help you plan and study for your upcoming exams. See their Facebook event for more details and to register.
Business School's Got Talent
Head to OGGB and enjoy a talent quest on Friday at 11.45am.
ASO Chill Out Zone
Head to the Arts Quad on Wednesday 22 May and enjoy some free ice cream (bring your own bowl), bean bags and music! See the ASO's Facebook event for more information.
