University Mental Health Day

As part of Stay Active Week, Tuesday 2 May is University Mental Health Day.

The Sport and Recreation Centre will host an open day, with free entry, to increase overall awareness of the benefits of staying active. 

There is also a full schedule of Group Fitness classes, plus 30 minute Hauora sessions for total wellbeing.
