Give back
Random acts of kindness and giving back to others has been found to make us feel even happier than when we do nice things for ourselves.

There are many ways you can give back and improve your own wellbeing, while having a positive effect on others around you:
- Buy a friend a coffee.
- Hold the door open for someone.
- Compliment them on their successes.
- Set up a Student Wellbeing Group in your faculty.
- Volunteer within the University.
- Join a club or society.
- Become a UniGuide.
