The first step to sorting this is to:

  • Ensure you are receiving all the financial assistance you are entitled to as a student.
  • Use the budgeting resources below to keep track and plan your financial needs.
  • Look for a job that allows you to address your financial issues while studying.
  • If it is causing you major stress – talk to someone – the counsellors at Health and Counselling may be able to assist you in a solutions-based outcome to managing through this time.
  • If you are in severe financial hardship talk to AUSA about what they may be able to do to assist you.
