Sir Robert Jones Refugee Daughters’ Scholarships

In response to the Government’s Fees Free initiative for first year tertiary students, RASNZ and Robert Jones Holdings have amended the criteria for the refugee women’s scholarship.

From 01 July 2018, applications will be open for students who are currently enrolled in a degree level course and who wish to continue their tertiary study in 2019. Applicants must have completed and passed their university level course work to date.

Students in their last year of school in 2018 should enrol at their preferred institute of study for 2019 under the fees free arrangement and apply for the scholarship after their first semester of study.

If students are currently enrolled in a university level course of study and fit the application criteria they will be able to submit their application for the scholarship from July 01, 2018. Applications close on August 31, 2018. Interviews will take place in October 2018.

The RJH Scholarship will cover academic fees for subsequent years providing the student continues to pass their course
work.

Hostel fees will be paid for two years for students who are studying outside their home town.
