The TeachWell@UoA Framework has been developed in discussion with Faculty representatives and was approved by Senate in July 2019.

It describes:

• the design principles (page 5)
• the core teaching capabilities for University of Auckland teachers set out against five criteria (page 6)
• an extended teaching capability model (page 7)
• possible uses the Framework (pages 8 and 9)
• support for developing both core and extended teaching capabilities (page 10), and 
• the nature and use of evidence about teaching (pages 11 and 12).
