Submitting your student ID card photo

You can submit your ID card photo online.

Once you’ve submitted an Application for Admission to the University of Auckland, you can upload an ID photo from your Application for Admission > Things you need to do.

Your photo must meet standard photo requirements including size and dimensions, and must be in either a jpg or jpeg file format.

If your photo doesn’t meet requirements, it won’t be accepted and you’ll be required to submit a new one.

Don’t upload a copy of any other type of document, i.e. a copy of a passport or birth certificate, as this won’t be accepted.

To read the specifications for your student ID card photo, see ID card photo requirements.

As of 8 September 2017, the University no longer accepts hardcopy ID photo submissions.
