About Campus Card
Your key to life on Campus.
Where you have an interaction with the University, your Campus Card will often be required. It is your main form of identification on campus and will be needed for tests and examinations.
To get a Campus Card you need to have enrolled in at least one course and submitted a full colour, head and shoulders ID photo for use on your card.
Campus Cards are printed and dispatched in the lead up to your first semester start date. You will receive a notification to let you know that your card has been printed and how we will get it to you.
To access many University services you’ll need your card, such as in the Library or the Recreation Centre. Your Campus Card is also your access card for spaces around the University campuses.
If you have existing access to spaces and are issued a Campus Card, access control will automatically move your access from your old card to your new Campus Card within five days of it being printed and send you a notification email.
When you receive the email, please test your Campus Card to ensure it operates as an access card correctly and return any old cards to your faculty or department.
If you are unsure about whether you have access to a particular space, please contact your local access coordinator.
