Find out about your options if you will not be able to arrive on campus for the start of Semester One 2023.

The information on the Faculty of Science courses was last updated on 3 March 2023.
Arriving in Auckland before 10 March 2023
If you expect to receive your visa and arrive in Auckland by the end of the second week of Semester (10 March), there is nothing further you need to do.
We look forward to welcoming you on to campus when you arrive.
Defer your study
If you cannot arrive by 10 March, or do not want to enrol in the available online courses, you may be able to defer your study until next semester.
Enrolment changes with fee refund
Most students enrolled in on-campus study, for whom initial online study is not possible, will be eligible for an on-time deletion and fee refund if they cannot get a visa in time to start study by 10 March 2023.
Starting online after 10 March
If you are not able to arrive by 10 March, you may have the option to start your studies online until you arrive on campus.
