Information for parents about the University of Auckland China Learning Centres.
Pastoral care | 人文关怀
在奥克兰大学，学生的安全与关护为第一要务。学生在奥克兰大学中国学习中心（China Learning Centres）可获得人文关怀和学生支持服务。
At the University of Auckland the safety and care of students is a top priority. Our students at the University of Auckland China Learning Centres will have access to pastoral care and student support services.
Any potential impact on the programme of a closure of campus arising from Covid-19 health risks will be clearly outlined in the Student Agreements we will ask the students to sign.
Students will be expected to abide by the rules of the university where the China Learning Centre is based, especially regarding any response to Covid-19.
Academic support | 学术支持
Lectures will be conducted remotely (online) by University of Auckland staff, and there will be in-person tutorials with experienced and qualified local learning facilitators who will provide academic support.
Students will have access to lecture and tutorial spaces, workshops and laboratories (excluding wet labs), libraries, computer labs, accommodation, dining and social areas on campus.
Visa information | 签证信息
Students at the University of Auckland China Learning Centres do not need a visa.
When New Zealand’s border restrictions are lifted, students can provide evidence of online study to support their visa application. Visit the Immigration New Zealand website for more information.
Entry requirements | 入学要求
- 托福ITP Plus（截至6月19日）
- AEAP DEP期末考试
The entry requirements for study at a University of Auckland China Learning Centre are the same as for international students in Auckland.
Students who need to meet English language requirements can sit the following English exams in mainland China:
- TOEFL ITP Plus (as of June 19)
- PTE Academic
- AEAP DEP Final Exam
