About LINC Online Learning Support

Staying motivated to study online can be challenging for undergraduate international students. To help students keep on track with their studies, the University of Auckland is offering online learning support providing a high contact, personalised learning support programme to help students achieve their education goals.

Our LINC Online Learning Support service is free and available to undergraduate international students studying online in India, Indonesia, Malaysia and Thailand. Each student will have a dedicated Learning Advisor who will respond quickly to assist them every time they need it. Support is more accessible for students as it is delivered in their local time zone, seven days per week (except on public holidays) between 3.30pm and 7.30pm (Singapore time). This includes English language support to help students succeed and overcome the challenges of studying online. Students choose the frequency of support and how the Learning Advisor contacts them, whether that is by video call, phone, text, chat, or email.

LINC Online Learning Support helps international undergraduate students to:

• Develop their academic skills such as writing, research, and referencing.
• Access qualified and valuable guidance or mentorship throughout their studies.
