You will learn to speak, read and write Italian and study aspects of contemporary Italian society and thought.

Learning outcomes

At the end of this course, you should understand information presented in terminology meant for native speakers, make sense of it, and speak or act accordingly.

10 minute oral test in the last week of semester 20%
Average of 10 mini tests online 10%
2 in-class written tests 20%
2 in-class oral tasks 10%
