The intention of the Scholarship is to encourage and support masters level students to study global relationships and organisations (such as the OECD, the UN or the World Bank), including global public policy, governance and comparative public policy in an international context, particularly when New Zealand influences and is influenced by global public policy.

All sections (including request sections) must be completed by the closing date, which is midnight on the specified date (unless stated otherwise). Outcomes are determined by a selection committee and are usually notified around six weeks after the closing date.
