This project aims to explore graduating medical students’ opportunities to perform sensitive examinations on real patients as part of their learning. ‘Sensitive examinations’ encompass rectal, genital, breast, and pelvic examinations; however, this project will focus on the breast and genital examination.

Skills that will be taught include:
-How to perform a systematic literature review
-How to analyse data
-How to write a paper
-How to publish a paper in a peer reviewed journal

This is ideal for a student with an interest in medical education and how to write and publish research in a clinical topic that could have an an impact on the undergraduate medical curriculum.
