The two-day STEM career expo is back!

The 2020 CDES STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths) Career Expo is back for its third year and is set to be better than ever! For two packed days, you will have the chance to meet employers from cutting-edge companies, broaden your understanding about the world of STEM and scope out future career options. The world (of STEM) is your oyster!

Your future in STEM

The STEM industry is right at the forefront of creating the future of life in New Zealand. With the world of work constantly evolving, new jobs are emerging constantly, and innovation is a key player influencing the way that we work. Regardless of what year you are in or what you are studying, you could have a front row seat in helping to shape that future with a role in STEM. Come to the expo and let the opportunities unfold.

A well-knitted event to bring the recruiters and the future generation of bright young minds together under one roof and provide them with a platform to share the current trends and provide exposure to the students and giving them
an opportunity to choose their future.

STEM needs you

Employers can’t wait to meet you: after all, you are the future of their workforce! The CDES STEM Expo will give you the opportunity to meet and network with employers from across the industry over the course of two days.

This is your chance to translate your classroom knowledge into real-world practice. You might discover a job you didn’t even know existed! STEM has room for people of a wide variety of skill sets and degrees, so do your research on the organisations attending, and come with an open mind!

Employers

Top employers from the STEM fields will be represented at the expo. Research them below and check back for updates, as more will continue to be added over the coming months. Taking the time to research the organisations will impress their representatives on the day.
