Become an iSPACE mate
iSPACE is a lounge dedicated to student activities and cultural festivals, a place to make friends and meet other students.
Located on Level 4 of the Kate Edger Student Commons, iSPACE has couches and an outdoor deck area where you can meet friends, relax, study and eat lunch.
Once you have been at the University for at least a semester, you can volunteer to become an iSPACE MATE. As such, you will help us to welcome students from around the world during Orientation and at events throughout the University year. It’s a great way to make friends and help other international students to feel comfortable with New Zealand life.
