Postgraduate Certificate in Engineering

The PGCertEng is a course-based programme designed to provide an advanced technical or management foundation and industrial perspective.

Its flexible course structure can be tailored to suit your interests, either by selecting courses in general areas of engineering, or refining your study to a specific field of engineering expertise. This programme can be used as a stepping stone into the University’s engineering masters degrees.

Who can apply?

You can apply if you have completed the MIT Bachelor of Engineering Technology degree.  

Completing the PGCertEng

The PGCertEng comprises a total of 60 points (one semester full-time study, or up to two years part-time), which can be made up of courses from a wide range of engineering specialisations.
