What you will learn

You will gain a sound understanding of interpreting theories, techniques and ethics, with a strong focus on business and community interpreting. You will also be exposed to the terminologies of law, business and medicine. We encourage you to think critically about the interpreting process and your individual role, linking theory with practice. The final component of the programme consists of comprehensive interpreting practice. You will simulate interpreting situations and work with your main language combinations.
