Return of examination scripts

You can apply for a copy or original of your examination script, within a certain timeframe.

Copy of your exam script

You can request a photocopy of your examination script if you apply within three months following the end of an examination script.

You can download the AS-19 application form below or get it from the Student Information Centre.

The completed form can only be accepted with your Student ID card, so faxed requests must include a photocopy of both sides of your ID card.

Original exam script

You can request the return of your examination script if you apply no earlier than three months and no later than four months after the end of the examination period.

You can download the AS-19a application form below or get it from the Student Information Centre.

  • No further consideration of the examination script will be undertaken after the original script has been returned.
  • Semester dates and collection points for scripts are detailed on the application form.
  • Examination scripts will normally be retained by the department for only six months after the examination period and thereafter be destroyed.
