The timetable by subject and timetable by date documents are always the latest version and include the changes listed in the timetable changes document below

You can sign into Student Services Online to view and print your exam timetable once the official timetable has been released. See How to view your exam timetable.

When your timetable is ready, we'll send an email to your EC Mail to let you know.

Exam dates are not official until you have received this email. Please note that exam dates are only official for the current semester.

We also publish the official exam timetable on this page. The official exam timetable shows the exact exam time and date for each course. We'll normally publish it by the first day of the mid-semester break during the relevant semester.

Please make sure you also read and understand the advice and regulations information included in the email. See Examination instructions and regulations.

You should make yourself available for the entire exam period for any semester in which you are enrolled in formally examined papers. For the exam period for each semester, see Important dates.

You should not book any travel during the exam period until after your finalised timetable is published.

We expect you to be available for the entire examination period and to sit your exams at the campus where they are scheduled. 

If, because of your faith, you are unable to sit an examination at the scheduled time, please immediately contact the Student Information Centre.
