Understanding habitual dietary patterns, nutrient intakes and selection of Mediterranean food items among New Zealanders
This survey investigates how closely the diet of New Zealand adults reflects a Mediterranean-style diet depending on individual risk of metabolic disease.
What's involved?
This survey will take approximately less than 30 minutes to complete and you will be asked questions about your health, demographics, and diet and physical activity levels.

Eligibility criteria
You can take part in this survey if you:
- Are between the ages of 18 to 70
- Currently live in New Zealand
- Do not have any long-term chronic illnesses or medical conditions that may affect the way you eat or choose food
- Are not pregnant or breast feeding
